Making the most of her final days of freedom, Lindsay Lohan was spotted getting a java pick-me-up at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Los Angeles, California on Friday (July 9).
The "Georgia Rule" actress was looking sporty in workout gear and sunglasses as she ordered up her drink while joined by sister, Ali, and her mother, Dina, who are offering their constant companionship during these trialing times.
The sighting comes as insiders tell that LiLo is "scared to death" of her impending jail stay - as she's been sentenced to 90 days lockup on a probation violation.
Mentioning plans of filing an appeal, Dina Lohan told ET, "She's a fighter, and until the final result — we're not giving up. I think it's time we get another attorney just to see it from another light and do damage control."
Complimenting her mom's guidance through the tough times, Lindsay tweeted last night, "I love my mother... she is amazing and strong* she's all i could ask for and more, by taking on the role of my mother and father all my life."
