She’s doing everything in her power to delay her prison punishment, and it is now being reported Lindsay Lohan has a plan to buy herself some more time.
According to a source close to the situation, Lohan can appeal her 90-day jail sentence for a probation violation.
The insider told Radar Online, "The appeal will take six months to a year to be heard. It's highly unlikely that Lohan's appeal will be successful. However, it will keep her out of jail for at least the next six months to a year.”
In related news, LiLo is on the hunt for a new attorney after Shawn Chapman Holley resigned as the actresses’ lawyer earlier in the week.
Although nothing has been confirmed, word has it, that Lindsay has taken on the services of Stuart Goldberg from Chicago and is also looking into hiring a woman by the name of Tiffany Feder-Cohen, who just passed the bar last November.
